Terms of service

These terms are a plain-language summary. They will be updated as the product grows.

Using the service
Use the website and the CRM for your business, lawfully. Don't try to get into other stores' data, disrupt the service or resell it.
Accounts and access
Keep your login to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Some logins are set up by a partner such as Elite FI Partners; your store's manager can still see who has access.
Your data
Your store owns the customer records, activity and notes it puts in the CRM. We'll export them for you on request. See also Security & your data
Fees and billing
Pricing and billing are set out in your quote and agreed before you start.
Pilot terms
Pilot stores agree their terms with us directly before the pilot begins.
Website and SEO services
You own your website's content and your domain. Nobody can guarantee search rankings, and we don't.
Ending the agreement
Either side can end the service as set out in your agreement. When it ends, we return or delete your store's data on request.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
