One lead, start to finish.

Here's what happens when a shopper fills in a form on a dealer site we built, from the click to the follow-up that closes the loop.

The steps

Steps marked Coming next are on our roadmap. Today your team does them by hand in the CRM, and every reply still counts.

  1. A shopper finds your site

They search for a model, a service or "dealer near me", land on a page we built for that search and look at a vehicle.

    Before the clock starts
  2. They send a form

"Is this still available?" The form records which page and search they came from.

  3. The lead lands in the CRM

A contact is created (or matched to an existing one), the lead is logged as received, and the source is attached.

Coming next · today, added by hand
  4. A follow-up task is assigned

The task goes to the right person: the BDC agent on shift, or the salesperson who already owns the customer.

Coming next · today, assigned by hand
  5. Someone replies

A call, text or email goes out. "Lead responded to" is logged and counts toward that person's goal.

Works today · response time coming next
  6. The next step is set

An appointment, or another follow-up. The lead never sits without a next action.

    Stays on someone's list
  7. It shows up in the report

Monthly reporting ties it together: which pages brought leads and what happened to each one.

    End of month
